If you’ve supported individuals with their wellbeing, you have most likely encountered clients experiencing eating disorders or disordered eating. You may have witnessed how profoundly people’s lives are impacted by these circumstances.

You want to do anything to help your clients affected by an eating disorder or disordered eating.

However, It can be difficult to create a brave space where clients can share openly, feel heard, and courageously move towards recovery from an eating disorder. This is especially challenging if you as a Dietitian or provider feel ill equipped to support your client.

You are worried about saying the wrong thing. You aren’t sure how to approach tricky conversations, while remaining supportive, compassionate, and empathic.

We all learn differently. Sometimes we want to learn in a 1:1 environment, while other times we thrive in a group with like-minded colleagues. And sometimes, we need an in-depth course to get our learning journey started.

At ED for RDs, we believe in safe spaces that include different ways of learning. We support dietitians from all around the world who work with different populations, in different practices and with different needs.
