Do you feel stuck and you aren’t sure what to say, or how to support your client to feel better about themselves?
In this workshop, you will be lead through topics that will:
Help you to understand body image and how to start (and follow through with) conversations about body image
Appreciating where the discomfort can come from.
I will introduce you to my pyramid that is illustrates Premise of Body Image - my framework that can be applied trans-diagnostically, and encompasses many backgrounds, cultures, experiences, genders, and trauma.
Discuss media - the woes and pros.
Provide you with a framework to work with when your client just wants to lose weight.
